This Site is only for the use of entities acting in the capacity of insurance brokers ("Brokers") who: (1) have entered into a Terms of Business Agreement with QBE (a "TOBA") pursuant to which business is conducted with QBE; and (2) have been issued password and log-in details for this Site. Use of this Site by any other entity is not permitted.

If you have accessed this Site without satisfying the above requirements, please withdraw from this Site immediately. Any further use by you of this Site shall not create any binding obligation on QBE and you shall be responsible for all consequences of such use.

  3. Use of this Site
